We Welcome you to Cape Elizabeth Rescue

We are a 100% on-call company with over 30 paid volunteers. Our members respond to over 500 calls per year, providing medical care up to the Paramedic level, the highest level of pre-hospital care provided in the State of Maine! We have two ambulances, both stationed at our Town Center Fire Station. We strive ourselves in having the best available equipment to care for the residents of our great community! Our members are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and are among the top 5 fastest responders in the state!
